Ms. Tatum is a 1993 graduate of Florida State University. She attended the Cumberland School of Law where she was a member of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board, Honor Court and the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. She obtained her J.D. degree in 1996, and then worked as a judicial clerk for the Honorable E. Byron Smith, Georgia Superior Court. She joined the firm in February 1999. Ms. Tatum's main areas of practice are education law, labor and employment, and general litigation. She is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Alabama.
