Mr. Morgan began practicing law in 1974. He served for 3 years as City Attorney for the City of Montgomery, Alabama. His practice over the years has included the defense of municipalities, corporations, individuals and insurance companies. He is admitted to all Federal District Courts in the State of Alabama and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
