Mr. Beck’s main areas of practice include commercial and business litigation, insurance defense, and general litigation. His practice includes state and federal courts in Alabama. He is admitted to the Alabama Bar, and is admitted to practice before United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama. Mr. Beck joined Hill, Hill, Carter in 2009 after he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he competed on the University of Alabama’s Trial Advocacy Team and participated in the University’s Criminal Defense Clinic. As a participant in the defense clinic, he successfully defended clients in Alabama state courts. Prior to law school, Mr. Beck graduated magna cum laude from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee with a B.A. in History. During college, he was listed on Sewanee’s Dean’s List, and was inducted into Sewanee’s Order of the Gownsmen Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society, and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.
