Hill Hill Carter is pleased to announce Attorney Paul A. Clark has joined the firm in its Birmingham office. His practice will focus on civil defense litigation in the practice areas of transportation, insurance, healthcare, and transactional law.

Clark brings more than 20 years of experience and winning favorable outcomes for clients to Hill Hill Carter. Throughout his career, he has represented a variety of clients on both litigation and transactional issues, including banks, manufacturers, and municipal departments. He takes pride in building relationships with his clients and knows that zealous advocacy is dependent on understanding not only the law but also his clients’ expectations and interests.

Clark received his juris doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 1999, and in 1994 he earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology and criminal justice from Faulkner University. Clark is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Montgomery County Bar Association, where he served as President in 2010. Clark resides in Rainbow City, Alabama, with his wife, Sarah, and three daughters.
