Montgomery, AL— Hill Hill Carter Franco Cole & Black, P.C. is pleased to announce that David W. Henderson has been re-elected Managing Shareholder of the firm for a fourth consecutive term. In this role, Mr. Henderson oversees the management of the firm and develops and implements the firm’s long-term strategy, focusing on client service, value billing, operational efficiencies, diversity, pro bono initiatives, and tactical growth.

Since Mr. Henderson’s appointment as Managing Shareholder over a decade ago, the firm has expanded from one office location to four, to include office locations in Fairhope and Birmingham, Alabama as well as Louisville, Kentucky. The firm has also broadened its areas of practice in commercial and complex litigation, health care cost recovery, and education. The firm now boasts a robust administrative staff, to include Hayley Denny, Controller; Greg Jackson, Director of Operations and Chief Security Officer; and Tosha Parker, Director of Business Development and Marketing.
In addition to the responsibilities required of him as Managing Shareholder, Mr. Henderson maintains an active legal practice, focusing on the areas of Insurance Defense, Commercial and Business Litigation, Workers’ Compensation, and General Litigation. He is a frequent speaker with the National Business Institute. Mr. Henderson obtained his J.D. degree in 2002 and also served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his leadership of the Marines in his 155mm Howitzer Cannon section.
