The rapid growth of Hill Hill Carter’s South Alabama business portfolio in recent years necessitated a location in South Alabama. “We have long represented clients in Southern Alabama and, as a continued commitment to servicing those clients, opening an office in Fairhope makes a lot of sense,” remarked David W. Additionally, Hill Hill Carter welcomes Ms. Reed Morgan Coleman as of-counsel. Ms. Coleman will be based in the firm’s Fairhope office and her practice will focus primarily on defending national insurance carriers in a variety of automobile, casualty, and commercial claims with a special focus on first party claims and bad faith allegations. Additionally, Ms. Coleman’s experience includes the defense of corporations and small businesses in complex and commercial litigation suits. Ms. Coleman graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University in 2006 and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she received her juris doctorate. She is also licensed in Louisiana. In 2016 and again 2017, Super Lawyers named Ms. Coleman a “Rising Star” in the field of Insurance.
